You should have turmeric every day! You can add it to pretty much any meal. It does have a distinct flavor so I would use a few sprinkles until you see if you like the taste or not. Chia seeds are packed with fiber and protein so they can keep you full for a long time. They don't really taste like anything so it makes it easy to add them to many different things; they are really versatile. You can add them to water, make pudding, overnight oats, etc. You know the chia seeds are ready to go when a gel forms around them. You can also eat them raw by sprinkling them on a salad or smoothie!
